On October 20th, 2015, the 500t/d float line of China Glass Blue Star (Linyi) was cold-repaired by Nanjing Baisheng Glass Technology Co., Ltd.. Due to the short service time of the kiln in the early stage, some parts of the kiln were seriously burned due to the use of petroleum coke fuel. In order to save the repair cost to the greatest extent, Nanjing Baisheng Glass Technology Co., Ltd. worked out the technical scheme of cold repair according to the site conditions of the kiln after the technical department of the company worked out the scope of cold repair.

After 50 days of construction, it was successfully ignited on January 7, 2016. Nanjing Baisheng Glass Technology Co., Ltd. continued to undertake kiln baking operation after completing the cold repair construction. And successfully passed the fire on January 24, 2016. Due to the precision of the whole cold repair scheme and careful organization of construction and kiln baking, the production line was successfully started at 10: 18 am on February 1, 2016, and the finished glass was produced in the afternoon of the same day. The cold repair, subsequent baking and insulation undertaken by Nanjing Baisheng Glass Technology Co., Ltd. have been unanimously recognized by engineering and technical experts of China Glass Group.
