Oxygen-enriched incineration technology The preparation of nitrogen gas in float glass factory is an oxygen-enriched atmosphere, which is involved in incineration in the furnace through the process bifurcation pattern, improving thermal efficiency, saving fuel and improving melting quality. Oxy-incineration Technology of Glass Melting Furnace Oxy-incineration technology is a skill with obvious energy-saving and environmental protection effects. At present, only three large-scale float glass melting furnaces in the world have adopted oxy-incineration technology, but its application in domestic float glass production lines is still vacant. There is no need to change the fire in the furnace using the full oxygen incineration technology, and there is no regenerator layout in the furnace with atmosphere combustion.


Oxy-incineration technology can eliminate energy consumption and waste gas emission in the production process and improve the quality of glass. Take a 500t/d float glass furnace as an example, and the results of emission reduction are shown in Table 4. At present, the repulsion of this skill is increasing by leaps and bounds with the inexhaustible low oxygen cost and the increasing energy cost. It is believed that this skill will be popularized and applied in the domestic float glass production line in the near future. Convection melting skills Glass is heated in a melting furnace, mainly by process radiation, and some of it is convection. In convective melting, one or more spray guns are placed on the crown, and the flame reaches the melt skin vertically downward. This convection method may improve heat transfer and energy throttling. This technology has been installed in several furnaces, which can also be used as a kind of refreshing of melting furnace.
